“These are challenging times, we should remember that adversity opens up new opportunities,” said Minister KTR during the session.

Minister expressed confidence that the Hyderabad real estate market will bounce back soon. He said that the city’s fundamentals are very strong and opined that innovation is the way forward for the sector. He urged the real estate industry leaders to try and bring innovations to make housing affordable.

Minister KTR stated that post-COVID-19, there is an immense opportunity for the state to attract investments from other parts of the world, and the infrastructure development & construction sector would play a major role in it.

Minister KTR said that urbanization is increasing at an unprecedented rate and to cater to the demands of this increasing urban population, there is a need to extend avenues of development beyond the existing hubs and promote an integrated regional planning approach which helps pave the way for new cities and regions to emerge and develop. He stated that the Government will soon introduce the integrated township policy to spread the development and distribute growth across the cities.

Minister KTR stated that the Government has recently approved TS-bPASS (Telangana State Building Approval and Self Certification System), providing hassle-free online building permissions within 21 days for properties above 600 sq yards and above 10 meters, and all non-residential buildings and layouts.

Minister KTR also said that the real estate industry should work with skilling agencies like the National Academy of Construction to ensure more number of local youth are hired in this sector.

తెలంగాణ రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ మరియు ఇన్ఫ్రా ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ ఇన్ ది కోవిడ్ వరల్డ్ పేరుతో సిఐఐ నిర్వహించిన వర్చువల్ కాన్ఫరెన్స్ లో మంత్రి శ్రీ కేటీఆర్ ప్రసంగించారు. మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రస్తుతమున్న సంక్షోభంలో సైతం అవకాశాలు వెతుక్కుని ముందుకుపోవాలని అప్పుడే బలమైన భవిష్యత్తుకు పునాది వేసుకోవచ్చని అన్నారు. దేశంతో పాటు రాష్ట్రం మరింత వేగంగా ముందుకు పోవాలి అంటే మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పన మాత్రమే ఏకైక మార్గమని మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతమున్న సంక్షోభం త్వరలోనే సమసిపోతుందన్న విశ్వాసాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేసిన మంత్రి రానున్న రోజుల్లో మరింత ముందుకు పోయేందుకు అవసరమైన ప్రణాళికలను ఇప్పటి నుంచే సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని, ఈ దిశగా ప్రభుత్వంతో పాటు ఇండస్ట్రీ సైతం ఆలోచించాలన్నారు. ఉద్యోగాల కల్పనలో రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ మరియు భవన నిర్మాణ రంగం దేశంలోనే రెండో అతిపెద్ద రంగంగా ఉన్నదని మంత్రి ఈ సందర్భంగా అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన నాటి నుంచి మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పనకు సంబంధించి పెద్ద పీట వేస్తూ వస్తున్నామని తద్వారా భవిష్యత్తులో ఉపయోగపడే ఆస్తుల కల్పన జరిగిందన్నారు. ఇరిగేషన్ ప్రాజెక్టుల నుంచి మొదలుకొని ఇండస్ట్రియల్ పార్కుల వరకు అనేక అంశాలు ఇన్ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చామన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం హైదరాబాద్ లో మౌలిక వసతుల రంగం ఆశావహంగానే ఉన్నదని త్వరలోనే మరిన్ని మంచి రోజులు వస్తాయి అన్న విశ్వాసాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేసిన ఆయన ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న పాలసీలు అందుకు అనుకూలంగా ఉండబోతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధిని నలుదిశలా విస్తరించేందుకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం నాలుగు వైపులా ఐటీ పరిశ్రమలను తరలించేందుకు ఉద్దేశించిన గ్రిడ్ పాలసీ మార్గదర్శకాల మేరకు రానున్న రోజుల్లో ఐటీ పరిశ్రమ మిగిలిన ప్రాంతాలకు సైతం విస్తరిస్తుందన్నారు. దీంతోపాటు లైఫ్ సైన్సెస్ ఫార్మా రంగంలో మరిన్ని పెట్టుబడులు హైదరాబాద్ కి రానున్నాయి అన్న మంత్రి వాటి ద్వారా కూడా మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పన రంగం పుంజుకుంటుంది అన్నారు. ఫార్మా మరియు లైఫ్ సైన్సెస్ రంగంలో రానున్న పెట్టుబడులకు అవసరమైన సౌకర్యాల కల్పన ద్వారా మౌలిక వసతుల రంగం మరింతగా బలోపేతం అవుతుందన్న విశ్వాసాన్ని మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇప్పటికే మౌలికవసతుల రంగానికి చేయూతనిచ్చే టీఎస్ బి-పాస్ వంటి పాలసీలతో పాటు రానున్న రోజుల్లో ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ టౌన్ షిప్ పాలసీ వంటి వినూత్నమైన కార్యక్రమాలను కూడా చేపట్టబోతున్నట్లు మంత్రి ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో రద్దీని తగ్గించి సుదూర ప్రాంతాలకు అభివృద్ధిని తీసుకుపోయెందుకు అవసరమైన రోడ్డు నెట్వర్క్ ను బలోపేతం చేసే దిశగా ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తున్నట్లు మంత్రి ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలిపారు. ముఖ్యంగా ఇన్ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్ రంగంలో స్థానిక ప్రజలకు మరింత పెద్దపీట వేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని ఈ సందర్భంగా కంపెనీల ప్రతినిధులకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు అవసరమైతే ఈ మేరకు కావాల్సిన నైపుణ్యాల శిక్షణ కోసం ప్రభుత్వం ప్రైవేటు రంగంలోని కంపెనీలతో పనిచేసేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నదని తెలిపారు.
